Before joining Greywolf, James served as Chief People Officer at Touchlight and led several People functions for start-up and scale-up ventures. Earlier in his career, he spent over 15 years in financial services, during which he held senior HR leadership positions and completed expatriate assignments in North America and the Asia-Pacific region. James holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Leeds and a diploma from the Pensions Management Institute.
